Dr.
Elliott is a graduate of Southern College
of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Following
graduation, he practiced in the Chattanooga
area for several months before entering the
Army. While in the Army, he was Assistant
Chief of the Optometry Section at the hospital
in Fort Jackson, South Carolina. After
discharge from the Army, he practiced in South
Pittsburg, Tennessee. In 1970, he moved
to Hixson, Tennessee
